BBS provides comprehensive maintenance support service with a technical team of 85 people with vertical competence and experience obtained since its establishment. It implements more than 130 maintenance support agreements with Network, Server & Storage, Virtualization, Microsoft Servers and Security teams. Contract clauses can be arranged flexibly according to customer needs, our service,  as a Classic Maintenance Support Agreement,  is offered in the following options.

Hourly Maintenance Support Agreement

A customer's call starts with a problem or request, and it includes remote intervention in a maximum of 2 hours or on-site intervention in a maximum of 4 hours when necessary. It covers the products agreed with the customer. The limited period of service determined is offered with 5x8 or 7x24 options to be used within the contract period. It is generally preferred by our SME or customers with limited support needs.

Maintenance Support Agreement
