Overflow: Hidden No More

In Pegasus’s transition project to Microsoft CRM Dynamics (Customer Relationship Management) carried out by the Partnership of Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri, the aims of our customer were to support corporate sales, group sales, charter processes and to improve corporate customer relationship management. While doing these, it was necessary to provide the automatic flow of the data. Automation of these processes were done by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On the other hand, their electronic integration was prepared with ticket sales reservation application, agency portal and website and they got into use. Thus, we put into practice a technology where external data resources and business processes are working integratedly.
