Pegasus Success Story

In Pegasus's transition to Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project, carried out in partnership with Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri; Our client's goals were to support corporate sales, group sales and charter processes, and to improve agency and corporate customer relationship management. While doing these, it was necessary to ensure automatic flow of data. Automation of these processes was carried out with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. On the other hand, electronic integrations with the ticket sales reservation application, agency portal and website were prepared and put into use. Thus, we have implemented a technology that integrates external data sources and business processes.
