1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the İLETİ YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ (“IYS”), a software solution provided by Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

İLETİ YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ (İYS) is a compliance-focused solution designed to help organizations manage commercial communication permissions and processes in accordance with applicable Turkish regulations, including the national İYS infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system
Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials

4. Data Protection and Privacy

The Service processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service and is not shared with third parties except where legally required.

5. Availability and Support

While we aim to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Planned maintenance or updates may result in temporary interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
