Mey İçki Success Story

Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri initiated a social media-supported CRM project for Mey İçki. In this project, customer and prospect information from various sources related to the Kayra brand was collected, grouped, and ensured that email communications reached the desired target audiences through a shared CRM database.
 
Along with the FollowX Social Media Management software developed by Bilgi Birikim Sistemleri, the impact, interactive communication, and management of Mey İçki brands on Facebook and Twitter were ensured. Additionally, event management began to be implemented through social media platforms.

About Mey|Diageo

Mey İçki was established in 2004 following the privatization of the alcoholic beverages division of Tekel. Since 2011, it has been under the umbrella of Diageo, an alcoholic beverage producer with commercial operations in approximately 180 countries and regional offices in 80 countries, and has adopted the name "Mey|Diageo". In Turkey, it operates as two separate companies, one focusing on production and the other on sales and marketing.
