Netcell Success Story
Recently, the CRM migration project conducted by Netcell in collaboration with BBS was successfully completed. Netcell, a strategic partner of Turkcell, one of Turkey's largest and most respected GSM operators, expressed the need for a CRM system to manage customer sales, payments, and procurement processes more efficiently and accurately, and to establish healthier communication with customers as part of their project with Turkcell and HP partnership. They stated that they chose BBS for this project considering the successful cost and support aspects of their previous projects with BBS. An action plan was prepared based on the valuable information provided by BBS, and the project was initiated. The Netcell team detailed the CRM process stages by gathering project managers and shared them with BBS officials. Following the detailed analysis conducted by BBS, a "Workflow Diagram" was prepared.
Throughout this project conducted by BBS, daily activities, decisions made, and requested changes were reported by both BBS and Netcell. As the process progressed, testing stages were entered, and based on the results of detailed alpha and beta tests, Netcell implemented the project.
