The e-Invoice application is an application that allows the invoice, which is obligatory to be issued, given to the customer, requested and received by the customer, to be issued as an electronic document instead of a paper document, to be forwarded to the addressee, and to be preserved and submitted electronically. It works integrated and synchronized with the Revenue Administration (RA). It is possible to send invoices to the taxpayers, to receive information about the receipt of the invoice directed by the RA of the taxpayers, and to query the invoice status from the central unit in a synchronized manner through the application.

 

The e-Invoice document is not a new type of document and has the same legal qualifications as the "Invoice" document in paper form.

 

The cost and time spent for auditing are also reduced in addition to the advantages of electronic invoice such as speed, cost, security and ease of use compared to the normal invoice system. Tax penalties arising from simple mistakes can also be avoided using the application.
