What is E-Waybill?

According to the fifth subparagraph of the fifth paragraph of the 230th article of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, it is the regulation made regarding the electronic means of issuing the "delivery note" document, which is currently being issued in paper form, in electronic form, transmitting it to the recipient in the electronic environment, and keeping and presenting it in the electronic environment in order to be able to monitor the movements of goods in the electronic environment on a regular basis in commercial life.
